The class was definitely challenging but I left feeling supported and empowered. 100% recommend and will be back

Son énergie est contagieuse et sa bienveillance se ressent à chaque séance. Les espaces de Soma House sont magnifiques, et leurs boissons sont tout aussi délicieuses que leurs cours. It is a small group class with maximum 6 reformers, the session was very nicely structured, I have worked out my full body, and Liza made sure all layers are clearly demonstrated.
