visa alla recensionerI decided to try this class with my daughter. Really enjoyed the flow and the vibe. Especially appreciated the guide reinforcing the message of this being individual practice and to do what feels good / right for our body! As a result, my daughter felt comfortable as a beginner and I felt comfortable as a more experienced yogi with physical limitations. Thanks for guiding us!
