Full disclosure - I did not finish the workout because my asthmatic lungs said “Absolutely not!” From what I was able to do while there, it is an intense but amazing early morning workout that does get your blood pumping and gets you ready for the day. Karli is high energy, all smiles, and does a wonderful job with both music and instruction. Other cardio workouts are in my future before venturing back, but I will ABSOLUTELY be going back.
