The transitions are always fresh, thoughtful, challenging, and beautifully sequenced in a way that keeps us fully present and engaged. She pushes us outside of our comfort zones while still creating such an uplifting and grounding space. Every class feels different, inspiring, and leaves me feeling stronger both physically and mentally. So grateful for her energy and dedication. ✨

I love that her class is challenging, but also allows us to listen to our bodies and flow through the movements. I really enjoy our cool down portion and how she can easily put you in a meditative state with her soothing voice, which has helped me explore mindfulness.
