visa alla recensionerMy first class at this studio and I’m already hooked! I took the hot yoga sculpt class yesterday morning and it was such a great experience. The studio was clean and had a really welcoming atmosphere and everyone was encouraging, which made it easy to jump in even though I hadn’t done yoga in years. The class itself was challenging (it definitely kicked my butt!) but I felt amazing afterward. The instructor was excellent. He explained the moves clearly, made sure everyone’s form was correct, and kept the energy motivating throughout. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a class that pushes you while still feeling supportive.

visa alla recensionerFantastic dance fitness class. The choreography is easy to follow, the music is diverse, the energy is high and it's just so much fun! Ace is so welcoming and he ensures you have a good time. I burned 500+ calories in that class and I was so thrilled! Left feeling great and energetic. You have got to check it out, I am going back next week for sure!
