Everyone goes at their own pace which is great - from new folks who haven’t had experience with weights to athletes who are more familiar with the exercise moves. Highly recommend!

The girls in the class were also very welcoming and made it much less intimidating for my first time and just all about having fun. This was totally out of my comfort zone but so glad i tried it . I can’t wait for my next one!
