Her classes also go by so fast because of the variety of moves she incorporates + she is SO encouraging to everyone throughout the whole 40 minutes

visa alla recensionerInstructor was clear, the instructions were easy to follow. Considerable amount of exercise was done on mat (30%?), preferred to utilize the reformer more. The warm up and cool down routine before and after the class is good.
