Tyrone gave us a treat at the end when we did Shyvasana he came to each of us with the mint oils - it was mind-blowing experience. Even though I am not new to yoga, it was a good experience to revisit the basic yoga postures and checked if I did it correctly with good alignment. The space of the studio was well organized. The class was a bit bigger than other studio I have tried but Jessina and Sophia engaged everyone well. Will come back to try other classes.

It’s also great for when you’re on your period and just want something gentle and calming. Craig is honestly the best yoga teacher I’ve come across. His cues are so clear, and he’s always so kind, gentle and friendly. I always leave his classes feeling more positive, grateful and recharged. 💛
