visa alla recensionerLoved this class!!! Smaller than expected (only 7 ppl) but I way preferred this as it felt more intimate. It was my first lesson so it moved at quite a fast pace but I’m sure it will get easier with each lesson! Very inclusive environment, highly recommend 😊

La chorée n’était pas simple pour un ultra-débutant qui n’a jamais dansé sur talon mais ça le fait quand même car le résultat à la fin est dingue. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Juste petit bémol que le cours soit 100% en anglais mais c’est facile à comprendre et à suivre (au cas où s’il y a des gens qui ne comprennent pas du tout l’anglais).

Trainerin schaut aufmerksam mit und korrigiert bzw weist darauf hin. Find ich als Anfängerin super, um alles korrekt zu lernen. Lisa baut auch immer paar Späße ein und fühlt mit, wenn man kurz vorm Aufgeben ist, dann kommt der nötige Push :D

visa alla recensionerClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

Les mouvements montrés semblaient durs de prime abord mais assez facile après que monica les aient expliqués etape par etape :) j’avais l’impression de voler ou d’etre dans un numero de cirque alors que je n’etais qu’a qq centimetres du sol. cours très dynamique et où je n’ai pas vu le temps passé. La salle est petite et cosy, très bien pour ce genre de cours. Le seul bemol, mais qui vient du fait que c’etait ma 1ere fois, legere nausée en sortant, probablement du au fait d’etre restée la tete en bas trop longtemps et d’y n’etre pas habituée.
