They were taught so well that we picked them up easily and got plenty of time to dance to them enough to the music. Some had a little experience and most were complete beginners so it was nice to dance in unison at the same time and pace. Yeehaw!

visa alla recensionerLaura’s class was awesome. The workout was really thorough with focus on core, legs and upper body which is exactly what I was looking for to improve the overall strength. She took the time to explain each position. Music and energy was super fun so it felt like a real vibe!!!
