visa alla recensionerThis was my first time to yogasana. It is obviously a popular class given the number of people attending. Ayesha was very warm and welcoming. Instructions were very clear so it was not a problem the view of Ayesha was somewhat obscured by the pillar. Great to have a 75 minute practice so there was time for breath work to settle into the practice and again at the end. Left feeling blissed out. Hope to return!

visa alla recensionerFirst time at Rumble and was a great experience, Dee was a great trainer, corrected our forms and really focused on getting the techniques right, which isn’t always the case with other boxing classes I’ve been to elsewhere where classes are a lot bigger. It was also my first time using pads and Dee gave super clear instructions and made sure I was ready and comfortable. Would come back :)

I found the class to be exceptionally well-structured, with a sequence that gracefully pushed me out of my comfort zone. The transitions were not only unique but also invigorating, providing a balanced flow that allowed me to explore my limits while maintaining a sense of harmony. I particularly appreciated how the flow could seamlessly extend into a workshop aimed at mastering even more advanced postures like Sundial, Double Sundial, and Chakorasana.

Je teste par pur hasard ce cours, Je n’avais jamais fait d’ashtanga. En seulement 4 cours avec Cyril je ressens enfin une progression notable. C’est fou ! Définitivement le Meilleur prof de Yoga que j’ai eu de toute ma vie parmi tous les profs que j’ai pu tester entre Paris, Bali, et même en Inde ! Sa méthode est dynamique, Il n’a pas de tapis, il nous guide et navigue entre les pratiquants pour nous accompagner et corriger individuellement pour afin d’aller plus loin tout en respectant notre niveau.
