Only problem was the room was 92 degrees which to me is just warm and I like the hot yoga classes that are at a higher temperature point. It still falls within the range of hot yoga just personal preference depends on what you like!

visa alla recensionerGreat class, the instructor was great. Love the flow of the class. It wasn’t as hot as I expected but I still got a pretty good sweat. I appreciate that they provide a disinfecting spray to clean your mat. I love at the end of class we were provide a cold wet towel with lavender essential oil on it. I would definitely go back.

Format was a little over simulating for me with CONSTANT prompts where I was working to hard to listen to make sure I’m following along.

She was very attentive throughout the class and moved around the room so she was easy to follow and see. I really enjoyed the warm and welcoming environment. Love that it’s centrally located in the Alliance area as well.
