visa alla recensionerI’ve been going to Strength classes with Bree for a few months now and I really enjoy them! The movements are clearly shown before, it’s fast-paced and it’ll wear you out! The space is in an older but redone building. It has nice wood floors and natural lighting. The class and space is on the smaller side, and focuses on stations with intervals (usually about 45 seconds per exercise or movement). At times I have gotten confused on what station to go to next when there are 8 in a smaller space and it’s a full class (which matters when the intervals are short and there’s only 3 full rotations around), but I think that’s just the nature of a fast-paced class. Above all, this is a small business that will remember your name when you come. Union Cycle has positive, encouraging instructors that are there to help you with whatever brings you in the door. That’s nice!
