visa alla recensionerIncredible! Amazing! Loved it! The teacher and students are super welcoming. The class is so fun. It wasn’t too hard. It was a good workout for me, right at my level and pushed me, too. They speak Portuguese. I don’t, but it wasn’t a hindrance to the experience for me. I could keep up with the choreo. It was my first time doing such a workout. It’s all on the trampoline and it’s really fun! I arrived 15 minutes early but didn’t need to, as the instructor arrived some time after me. It’s $15/class afterwards if you want to continue and they do it at this time 1x/week where you can drop in.
