I haven’t taken classes at Pyra for some weeks due to the extreme heat wave but I came back and I LOVED it. The sweat was intense. I love a good HOT studio since I normally don’t sweat as easily. And Andrea brought the burns and spice! Her flow in concentrating down every part of the body was great. She went from core activation to lower body to upper, and I left feeling good. My ancestors crossed freezing oceans in wooden boats, conquered entire countries, and feared no man. Twelve minutes into Kenisha’s class, I was trembling on a machine, bargaining with God, and wondering whether Denmark offers emergency consular assistance for abdominal distress. Kenisha was fantastic—encouraging, energetic, and suspiciously calm while every muscle in my body drafted its resignation letter. I came for a workout and left with humility, a brand-new core, and legs that now operate on a 48-hour delay. Five stars. The Viking spirit survived—but just barely. Apparently, raiding villages was easier than holding that plank for one more slow count.

The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!
