visa alla recensionerThe instructor was so lovely. I could hear her clearly through the microphone as she was instructing the class. She was very good to have modifications for those who needed it. I enjoy the flow and movement and the warm heated room. I know stretching should be incorporated so much more so I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I will absolutely be back.

visa alla recensionerAbsolutely loved this class. The people taking the class were so nice and motivating and the instructors were even better! I’ve taken boxing at other circuit gyms and they don’t help give advice, but this place does. Already one session in and I improved in a lot of areas. Can’t wait for my next class !!!
