She took the time to map my brows and made sure I was happy with the shape before starting. Her technique is so gentle, the wax wasn’t too hot at all and it felt practically painless (and I have zero pain tolerance). She made me feel super comfortable the whole time, and I’m so happy I finally found my go-to eyebrow spot in FTL.
