She was thorough in explaining each rep, she kept me motivated and pumped the entire time and was very attentive. I also liked her humor and the way she pushed everyone through to the very end. I also enjoyed the happy hour after class. It felt like a workout family and regular attendees were so cool and embracing. I will definitely be returning. 20 out of 10 experience!!!

I’ve been to all kinds of gyms so I’m still a beginner but know the punches. Coach Jose was awesome in working with me on my footwork and technique…something I’ve never had at any other gym. As time past, more teenagers came in and were told to run (for their 6pm class). I sat there until 6:15 not understand where the adult class was and if one was even happening.
