visa alla recensionerSecond time coming here was a way better experience thanks to Angela. Her sequencing was great so the workout had a nice flow to it. It really depends on your instructor because the first time I went, I didn’t have Angela and the person was not very welcoming and her sequencing was all over the place. Luckily I had already done lagree at another studio so I had a baseline on what to expect and didn’t need to go over the machine again. If I were a beginner I would not have enjoyed my first experience with the other instructor. Just a heads up if it is your first time you MUST arrive early because I saw someone get turned away for showing up at the start of class. TL;DR Angela was great, can’t comment on the others. Arrive early :)
