I especially loved the Reformer Flow class — it was engaging, challenging and kept me focused throughout. The trainer Carole gave very clear instructions and guidance, while still making the class feel dynamic and challenging. A wonderful experience from start to finish! ✨

A thoughtful fit-out within a busy commercial complex: industrial-tuned ceiling — exposed HVAC, suspended acoustic clouds — softened by carved Indian doors, climbing greenery, clerestory glass, and a substantial bronze gong. Bright and acoustically calm despite the shell around it. Julie Lacombe taught Friday's 90-minute Hot Yin with the unhurried precision her training suggests — minimal cueing, extended breathwork, holds long enough to do the work the heat is meant to assist. Saul is highly professional and attentive; he even helped me with my first wall-assisted handstand, even though I was super scared! (He basically lifted me on the way down because I got stuck). All the exercises were super interesting; you definitely won't get bored. It’s hard to find Rocket Yoga in general, and I’m so happy I found Saul's class! 🙏🏻

I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while.
