These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.

I especially loved the Reformer Flow class — it was engaging, challenging and kept me focused throughout. The trainer Carole gave very clear instructions and guidance, while still making the class feel dynamic and challenging. A wonderful experience from start to finish! ✨

She was incredible at cueing spinal articulation and somehow managed to make the feel-good stretches feel just as intentional as the strength work. She even had me perfecting my Mermaid, finding that extra bit of length and control I didn’t know I had. I definitely felt challenged, but in the best way. Strength Reformer is really one of those classes where you surprise yourself with how strong you actually are. I left feeling strong, stretched out, and very accomplished. Daria is such a gem!
