visa alla recensionerSuch an amazing class! The studio is beautiful and has such a warm, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The instructor was lovely, knowledgeable and really paid attention to everyone, making sure the movements were done correctly and with proper technique. What makes this studio stand out from others is how personal and homey the whole experience feels. It’s not just about getting through the exercises, but actually understanding the movements, focusing on technique and getting the most out of every single one. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. Such a refreshing experience and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! 🤍

visa alla recensionerLOVED the class! Great instructor! My only feedback about the studio is that there should be a place where you can fill up your water bottle besides inside the bathroom. Cause when there is a line it causes delays to class. Even another sink outside the bathroom in the changing room could be a solve.

visa alla recensionerBest reformer class I’ve attended in Stockholm. Friendly and attentive instructor who gave clear instructions, good workout routine and pace allowing for enough time to focus on form. Sufficient stretching before and adter class, and good music throughout the session. Will definitely be back!

visa alla recensionerDaria really brought out my A-game in this class! She was incredible at cueing spinal articulation and somehow managed to make the feel-good stretches feel just as intentional as the strength work. She even had me perfecting my Mermaid, finding that extra bit of length and control I didn’t know I had. I definitely felt challenged, but in the best way. Strength Reformer is really one of those classes where you surprise yourself with how strong you actually are. I left feeling strong, stretched out, and very accomplished. Daria is such a gem!

visa alla recensionerGreat studio and great teacher, small classes which is preferable. In my experience this is by far the best pilates in Stockholm on Classpass, especially for anyone who is into real pilates that leans on classical pilates, and perfecting form - rather than using a reformer as aerobics equipment. This also means the classes here are very safe compared to the alternatives in the city.
