These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.

visa alla recensionerIncredible! I’m a beginner when it comes to Rocket (not to yoga, though), and I had a very fun time. Saul is highly professional and attentive; he even helped me with my first wall-assisted handstand, even though I was super scared! (He basically lifted me on the way down because I got stuck). All the exercises were super interesting; you definitely won't get bored. It’s hard to find Rocket Yoga in general, and I’m so happy I found Saul's class! 🙏🏻

The class is perfect for anyone wanting to combine Pilates activation principles with ballet, choreography, vinyasa yoga and flow. They run the same choreography for about 3 months before it changes but you can join at any time, no issue.
