Great music and the instructor was entertaining and challenging. The studio is clean and bright and easy to find. Plus good shopping and a smoothie bar around the corner!

Super cosy and warming set-up, with a mini facial massage 😍 Unfortunately i was a bit sick and had to leave the class 5min after the yoga nidra started and I am so so so sad about that, because it was already incredible, strong meditative imagery and deeeeeep relaxation. I wish I could have gone through with it.

visa alla recensionerThanks to Sithara, I discovered a world of Yin yoga which is perfect class for me. It’s a great mix of stretching and yoga. I feel relaxed and a bit more flexible after each class. What could be improved, that’s a temperature inside the studio. The last few times I’ve been there, it’s been too cold. Probably, some additional heating would make it more comfortable.
