visa alla recensionerThis was my first boxing class and Gian was such a friendly, patient, and non-judgmental instructor! He made me feel comfortable despite having no idea what I was doing m. The class was BRUTAL but fun! Highly recommend taking with Gian if you are a beginner and let him know it’s your first time. The gym provides loaner gloves for free but hand wraps are required. Luckily I had my own from a cardio kickboxing class a few years ago. They have available to purchase there if you don’t have!

visa alla recensionerWhat an awesome and challenging class. I was impressed by the level of skill here. Definitely a bit overwhelmed (and should have had the coffee before a 6 am class) but Lee and others were very welcoming and patient. I’m used to mostly bag work in boxing classes so this was a refreshing change. Positive vibes and tough love. Check it out.

Two levels filled with equipment, every machine you can think of, free weights and squat racks on the lower level, an aerobic area on both level, and they even have a little “protein shake bar” up stairs if you want to sit and decompress after a hard workout and refuel before leaving. My go to gym in FiDi.

visa alla recensionerI booked gym time and really had a great workout. I think I only saw one machine that was out of order. The showers and sauna was a plus and everything was in clean and good condition. Would recommend.
