visa alla recensionerEverything was decent/good except she doesn’t cue what the next movement will be until the set is over. Like most teachers will say “two sets left and after that we will…” but she’d just say after the last step so there was a moment of awkwardness where I didn’t know what to do. Additionally the cardio section was really coordinated and the movement was never explained. I tried to follow but she never explained exactly what it was she was doing so I just looked like an idiot the entire cardio section. Wish she could have at least just directed me.

visa alla recensionerThis is my favorite yoga class I have taken in a long time. Chrissy is very easy going and knowledgeable and actually interacts on a 1:1 level with her class. The class is perfect for everyone, but would be a great option for beginners that are intimidated by yoga, since Chrissy makes it very approachable and tailors the class to work for you.

visa alla recensionerKylie was so friendly!! She immediately welcomed me, helped me grab my equipment and get me settled in the room. All the people in the class were also very sweet and talkative! Different from other barre classes I have been to in the past. I do feel it has more true ballet-esc moves and more core work. But got a great sweat in and definitely felt the shakes! Overall a great experience (:
