    RUN X LIFT Full Body - Lower Focus (50 mins)

    My first class at Barry’s was an awesome experience! The instructor Andrew was great at making sure I was comfortable with everything & knew what to expect going into the class. The workout was perfect amount of cardio & weights. Andrew was very motivating throughout the entire class. The front desk staff are also lovely as well (sorry I forget their name) & the facility is clean & has great amenities- definitely will be coming back :)

    I loved the class! Its a small class , great fit for all levels. eddie was great, and guided me really well on my posture and made sure i was able to follow up with the class as a beginner! I highly recommend this class!

    Olivia is the sweetest instructor! She was so welcoming for my first time - showed me around, adjusted my bike with so much care to make sure I was comfortable. Her class was lots of fun! I can't wait to be back already :)
