visa alla recensionerThe class was so much fun! I truly appreciated the pointers Magda gave me to help my form and be able to gain as much from class! She was so sweet, motivating, and inspiring! Other peers were really kind and encouraging during class! I also enjoyed the stretching at the end of this specific workout since I sometimes skip on stretching or just forget! Will definitely be back!

As a stiff beginner, it’s tough moving your legs smoothly and training muay thai, but I’m really happy Maz helped me step out of my comfort zone.
