He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

visa alla recensionerExcellent instructor! If you’re going to pack the classes that Full, you need to open the door or install a fan, some circulation or AC. Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

The workout was fast-paced and challenging (of course) and Hayley was delightful - she’s on target, does a super job correcting form (not punitive only encouraging) and has a great sense of humor. I noticed her approaching most people either to encourage them or give feedback. She creates a great atmosphere - I’ll be back!!

The only con I have is their signature scent that is pumped into the lobby, and their hand wash. I’m sure it’s franchise policy, but with taking care of yourself and exercising and then having to inhale a synthetic scent when you walk in is kind of a bummer. But I will be back, instructor was excellent and people were very nice. I just won’t breathe when I walk in. 😊

Kids in the childcare area complained as well. Earplugs would slip off (too much sweating and jumping around) so better just to have speakers at a safe volume. Otherwise amazing as usual!

I’m more of a cardio girly so I don’t have the strongest arms and I’m not the best with choreo by any means, but ametrius is extremely helpful and has a way of making the class 1. Fun 2. Challenging and 3. Motivating! It’s easy to see yourself mess up/ look funny and to stop, but ametrius has a way of not making you feel embarrassed and motivating you to keep going. I really recommend taking this class!
