visa alla recensionerVery good class but very challenging. That being said I have ever done only one reformer Pilates class before this, so if you’re a beginner you can do it! The instructor also gave modifications when needed. But it WILL be challenging. Even the more advanced students struggled but we all walked away feeling accomplished and satisfied.

This was an awesome full body workout & Stephanie did an amazing job leading the group & keeping us motivated 💪🏽 I would highly recommend you hydrate before & after this workout because you're going to get out of it exactly what you put in! There's cardio, core, upper body, legs, weight lifting...you name it! I will definitely be back!

I haven’t been this active in a while, and it definitely exposed where I’m at fitness-wise—even though I used to be super active. The instructor had us working, and she was really good at keeping the energy up the whole time. We were hitting the bags, doing cardio, getting core in—it was just nonstop from start to finish. Honestly just a great session all around. I’ll definitely be back.

She creates a calm, inviting environment and opens up the room for conversation prior to starting yoga. She does a great job explaining how each pose should look, and I appreciate the time taken for calming breath work during class. Her 5 star playlist is also a bonus! I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in the Salt Sanctuary
