The class is HARD, or I'm sensitive, IDK 😅 but she makes it easy for you to get distracted enough by the fun or by her making it look like a piece of cake that next thing you know you're in positions you NEVER thought possible all while making sure you are safe. She will push you only as far as she knows you can go, even if you're unaware of your own strength.

visa alla recensionerLOVED this beginner yoga class! She makes everything so easy to follow because she actually does the movements with you, and the daily affirmations are such a sweet touch. And the essential oils + spray during Savasana?! Takes the relaxation to a WHOLE other level. 10/10 recommend, especially if you’re new to yoga! Not to mention she’s bilingual and will adjust to your needs!

He was warm, welcoming, inquisitive, and responsive. He took the time to hear about what had brought me to seek his services, had a thoughtful recommendation, and did a phenomenal job to help me feel physically and mentally restored. Afterward, he provided me with an assessment of what he noticed and what future work could look like. I appreciated his informative, no-pressure approach to our conversation. I felt like Oscar saw me as a person looking for self-improvement first, rather than just a client. I HIGHLY recommend OG Clinical Therapy and am already looking forward to my next visit.

visa alla recensionerIt was amazing. This was a super amazing circuit, starting with compression, infrared, and then cold plunge. I ended up doing four rounds of sauna and cold plunge. We were there for three hours and nobody ever made us feel like we should rush and leave. For seven credits only, it was a steal! I will definitely be going back there regularly.
