The class is HARD, or I'm sensitive, IDK 😅 but she makes it easy for you to get distracted enough by the fun or by her making it look like a piece of cake that next thing you know you're in positions you NEVER thought possible all while making sure you are safe. She will push you only as far as she knows you can go, even if you're unaware of your own strength.

visa alla recensionerWorth noting that this class was sort of like a Pilates inspired strength workout with barbells and dumbbells. High reps! Lots of squats/rdls and variations of that. Not maxing out your weight. Very welcoming environment- would recommend for anyone new to strength training but it was a very tough workout so great for everyone.

visa alla recensionerIt was a great workout! We got there late, and it was my first time, so I don’t think I got the bike set up correctly (but that’s my fault). The instructor was kind and made sure to check on me when I arrived and when I left. I really liked the gym aura! Andrew at the front was super helpful and Zoe (the instructor) did a great job!
