visa alla recensionerit was hot and spicy. had a portion of cardio to this class that really pumped up the heartrate. loved that Madi gave many options for level of challenges for yourself and encouraged each individual to listen to their own body and to go at their own pace. A great balance of gentleness and encouragement to push yourself if that's also where you're at too. Beautiful atmosphere. I felt strong and empowered afterwards :)
