visa alla recensionerIt was a great class as far as spinning goes and I really enjoyed the routine. Although I have to agree with another review which I read before attending about the instructor talking over the music way too much :( I booked in hope of I enjoying the tunes but I really couldn’t, and ended up having to take the headphones off and kept them off for most of class because of this. Maybe it’s just personal preference and Amy was really encouraging and motivating in what she was saying, for me personally it was just too much.
