visa alla recensionerIntro with Sonya is awesome! I didn’t mind the shorter choreography but the repetition of steps really helped lock it in and made me feel confident by the end. I also really liked how she played the music slowed down to allow us to feel the steps with the beat before putting everything together at tempo.

visa alla recensionerI love everything about this class, and the teachers enthusiasm and enjoyment of what she does is infectious. So much fun. I only wish that I could get into her Tuesday evening class. As a class pass member I can only book a week in advance and it’s always already full. The notify me option doesn’t work either 🤦♀️ Would love to able to go on a Tuesday though ❤️
