visa alla recensionerThis was my first time here. I've done pilates before but I'd had a six month break due to an ankle injury. The class was challenging, but still suitable for beginners as the instructor was very diligent at correcting form. There were different levels of difficulty for stronger or more experienced attendees. I thought the instructor was very warm and welcoming, and I've already booked again for next week.

She paid such close attention to how I was doing as I mentioned I had a slight injury with my back. Lots of options/ modifications given. Would totally recommend to beginners!
