Thought the running around was a bit dangerous as there was loads of gym equipment on the floor we had to hop over, and I knocked in to someone else when we were told to go in the other direction. visa alla recensionerLove this class! Simon is incredibly attentive and even helps set up your bike, which I’ve not ever experienced before with a spin instructor. He also shares scientific insights about energy levels and calories. What really stands out is his innovative use of an iPad timer display to guide us through the session. The colour-coded zones and RPM targets sync perfectly with the music, making the workout both engaging and effective. It’s clear he puts a lot of thought and effort into building the sessions…and it pays off! Being able to track your progress and work at your own pace is very motivating. I’ve been really inspired and will definitely be coming back!
