visa alla recensionerThis class definitely promoted successful muscle fatigue. I felt that the stations weren’t too long, or too short. I enjoyed the repetitions of the sets, because that’s what promotes muscle growth. The instructor was great! Explained the class very thoroughly, checked in on each person taking the class, and played great music (older hip hop songs, my favorite!)

Gave me intro, some tips on equipment and form, reminded me to breathe which is very important for HIIT intensity. Most HIIT are 45 min so hour was intimidating, but it ended up flying by! Best class I’ve been to so far and would go again!

visa alla recensionerI went to a 12:00, full body class and it was challenging but you’re able to go at your own pace so very doable for beginners. Maria was there for all my questions and the others in my group were very helpful as well. I would recommend if you like a circuit style workout, with medium to high intensity cardio & strength training.
