She walks around to help with the forms which I find to be extremely helpful! Bonus if you are a dog lover. Sometimes her dog comes (leashed and quiet) and sit in the corner with her toy 🧸

visa alla recensionerLoved the class and the instructor - he really made it fun and engaging! I think keeping the # of reps constant could make it easier to keep track ( 10 of each - push ups, trx pull ups etc)
