visa alla recensionerThe studio was properly hot, like you’d expect for this type of class. The teacher was attentive, gave clear instructions, and assisted with adjustments to the poses. I liked the standing sequence, however for floor sequence we did a super short Shavasana with sit up and turn after nearly every pose, which felt disruptive rather than a nice flow.

I wasn’t pushed out of my limits however she worked me up just right. Just what I was looking for. Will definitely be going again. Can’t wait !

visa alla recensionerGiving 5* but I have feedback on today’s class. I love this studio a lot, it’s my fav Pilates studio in Dublin (and I’ve tried a few). Keadie put so much 💛 into it, you can clearly see and feel it, I just love her classes and her aura ✨. This class today was a bit different, I’d say still good, the instructor was friendly but with a different vibe. Less instructions, I sometimes had to check what the instructor was doing because I couldn’t hear her properly. People had no socks on (eww) and either the instructor was too shy to say something or didn’t care (she clearly saw it). Also, we started 2mins later and finished at 9:44 (instead of 9:50, I made photos) - I don’t want to be stingy that’s more than 15% (!) of the time I’ve paid for ☺️

visa alla recensionerIt’s the best out of all yoga classes I’ve tried in Dublin. The community is super great, the Dynamic Flow and Yin yoga are a great combination to do! I especially love the weekend Dynamic Flow for 75 mins. The energy and the people are just amazing. 100% recommended!

visa alla recensionerToday’s practice with Niamh was exceptional, from the welcome by the teacher thru the beautifull setting of the room, surrounded with candles and huge natural light coming from the windows. The practice was full on with the teacher and the flow was easy to follow but in same way challenging a bit aswell, we finished with a singing bowl and beautifull song. I highly recommend it. Thank you Niamh to have shared and lead us in the today’s practice
