It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.

visa alla recensionerI had such a great first Reformer Pilates class! Ms. Aksnata was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She explained every movement clearly, paid close attention to our posture and alignment, and her calm, soothing voice made it so easy to follow along. She created such a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere. I really enjoyed the class and would definitely book with her again. Highly recommended!
