visa alla recensionerPamela was great. One of the calmer Barre classes I’ve been to yet still challenging. Totally unrelated to her, the studio should definitely have hair ties that are free to use. I go to tons of different exercise studios at a similar price point, and they all provide hair ties in case you forget one. Target sells a pack of 50 for $4. Seems like something the studio could afford to provide.

visa alla recensionerRachel was a professional dancer and she will elegantly demonstrate each movement for maximum building and toning. Her instruction was gentle yet very efficient! It was to my delight that I got to experience barre, with an excellent instructor, in the midst of aromatherapy and beautiful art! I hope I can attend another session with Rachel :-)
