Good class - nice flow. A bit of a slower class, which I didn’t mind too much because you’ll still get a work out being in the heat. One thing to note, is that they now have assigned spots and unfortunately, I was not aware of that. It’s not my favorite thing to be told where to put my mat in yoga, so just be aware if you book through ClassPass you will likely get a crappy spot.
