    Kayla was very welcoming and had a sharp eye on the room. She gave great cues and corrections. However, there was an exercise when we were kneeling with all of our weight on one knee (without the cushion of a mat) and it was just too much for my body. know I’ve done that same exercise standing, which is much preferred. I wish a modification had been offered or figure out a way to do this move without so much pressure on one knee.
