They should assign people of different abilities especially in groups of three otherwise there aren’t enough weights. There’s also no need to cram 3 to a station in classes that aren’t full and have an even number of attendees

There was no escape which sounds intimidating at first, but made for my best class yet. I was even able to do the twisted oblique crunch on my feet and hands for the first time, instead of my usual knee and elbows! Thanks for the push, Coach Joe 💪

She genuinely takes people’s suggestions into consideration and makes yoga fun, inclusive, engaging and most importantly authentic. Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

The instructor demos everything at least once. The music is good. I’ve boxed before but I would totally bring a novice friend and they would still be able to fully engage.

Her playlists are always so good, the flow feels intentional, and she does an amazing job cueing movements so you feel challenged but still successful. I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and in a noticeably better mood (and SWEATY). Happy to have found such a great way to start my Sundays!

He asked about any injuries in the beginning of the class and made sure to help make adjustments to avoid aggravating my injury and instead strengthen the surrounding muscles. He also checked in on everyone and helped tweak form throughout the class. Then at the end he provided some helpful tips to help with strengthening, further injury prevention, and recovery. Highly recommend!

She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. We learned different types of isolations and practiced them throughout the class. I’ve been aware of some imbalances in my posture, including a pelvic tilt. After the class, I felt amazing! My entire body felt so relaxed and aligned. I highly recommend this class to anyone!
