visa alla recensionerAudrey is a wonderful human and yoga teacher. Felt very welcomed and also loved the community at Woo Woo~ That space is clean and cozy. There’s a second room specifically for meditation and sound baths events. I highly recommend this practice space as a beautiful respite and an owner and teachers who care. Can’t wait to come back when I’m in town!

The space was really nice, very warm (perfect on this chilly day) and the yoga room itself was dark with flameless candles all around - a super relaxing atmosphere. This class was slow stretching and most stretch positions were held for 4 minutes. It was a great class to release tension. The music was also very relaxing and peaceful.

visa alla recensionerI think this would be a great class to transition into Pilates if you’re confident in your strength and mobility, or already do similar exercises. The studio is lovely and everyone in the class was very kind. I don’t think I’d recommend it for true beginners like myself as it moves pretty quick and I didn’t have the strength to execute some of the exercises ( not much in the way of modifications). It’s not the class to jump into with no foundation , but I’d come back after I build up strength!

visa alla recensionerI liked that Chenoa focused on form. Sometimes YS instructors move so quickly that it can be difficult to focus on your form. I told Chenoa after class that the music could've been a tad louder during cardio but otherwise for a newer instructor- she's doing great! Would definitely take her class again.

The workout was challenging but accessible with lots of modifications offered. The coach was great about offering personal feedback and encouragement, checking in with everyone throughout the class. She was very welcoming, told us all of the things we would need for the session (blocks, bolster), and gave us lunch recommendations after! (We asked). Perfect for any level, beginners included. She used pose names but they were the basics and not challenging at all. A great class for getting in some slow but intentional movement and stretching.

It’s gorgeously styled inside with high ceilings. The teacher Sahar was super chill and knowledgeable. I will be back. plan to stop at nicholas restaurant next door for falafel afterward!
