I felt challenged in the class in a great way. The lovely girl at the front desk who pulled off leopard print leggings was sweet too! Will definitely be back!

visa alla recensionerThe instructor was incredible. This was probably one of the best yoga classes I’ve had in a very long time. I left the class energized and optimistic. My favorite thing was the different variations Willow gave for poses. That was so helpful! Even when I couldn’t do certain movements, I still felt like I was part of the class with the variations I could do. I’ve been coming to Tangerine Yoga for a while now and there just isn’t any other studio like it in my experience. Lovely people, lovely space, good vibes all around.

I recommend having some yoga experience before this particular class style as we jumped into poses without much cuing to alignment. Which was totallyyy cool since most of the class seemed to know what was going on and we were doing strength exercises within the pose. I would definitely return to Heatwise!
