    Such a fun way to start the day! I loved the mix of Pilates, stretching, and bursts of dancing. I felt just enough burn and challenge in the exercises to make it worthwhile and at the same time something I could easily keep coming back to. The stretching and myofascial release felt incredible.     I love Reign’s class, it was fun with great music and she’s so energetic with a challenging routine on the bike. Only second time here and sure will be back for her class. The class was very full so became chaotic that it started bit late and people had their bags and coats on the floor with not enough weights or bike for people who were late — be on time!
