Literally dripping in sweat the whole time but don't feel exhausted after the class. Front desk/owner was so kind and welcoming. She also offered a free mat and towel for first class which was great. Can't wait to come back!

She explained the flow of the class, went over how to use the platform, and was very encouraging throughout the workout. I got the Pilates shakes-definitely kicked my butt. Overall the place was super clean, very friendly staff, and a variety of workout classes. I will definitely be coming back :)
