visa alla recensionerI just had my first class woth Griselda today! This was probably the best cycling class I’ve taken so far. I think I say that with every cycling class and instructor I take at Bodyrok, but it’s true! My experience gets better EVERY. TIME. As soon as I walked in, Griselda was instantly at my side, talking to me, and I felt so special! LOL She didn’t even ask me what I needed she just KNEW, adjusted my shoes while having conversation without me even asking, fixed my seat and handlebar and it was THE MOST COMFORTABLE ride I’ve ever had like everything was perfect, the seat didn’t hurt like it usually does and it made performing the choreography super achievable, especially when keeping up with the RPMS. As soon as I looked around and found my seat, I could tell what kind of teacher Griselda was, everyone genuinely seemed so excited and comfortable to be there, and throughout class, she made sure that we were all aware of our fellow riders and that this wasn’t just an entirely individual experience, but rather, a collective and supportive experience that everyone relied on the other for, for support. She made everything so clear to follow and patiently guided us through the class but definitely knew when to push us to step out of our comfort zones. This was such an AMAZING environment to be in! The class was really great. The only thing is that there were two other private lessons going on at the same time. Unfortunately, one teacher and client were extremely loud, making it kind of difficult to hear the instructions

I still think this pure barre studio is greedy in terms of their pricing, they charge just as much as a Barry’s class, however there are absolutely zero amenities. A bit shameful if you ask me!

Majority of the moms have babies that are six weeks to about 4 to 6 months. Many moms stop attending once they have to go back to work. It is a great way to socialize in a very supportive community with other mothers who are in the same stage of life as you. We work on poses that we want to focus on. There is never any pressure for you and your baby to be perfect. Jane also offers hands-on assistance with your baby if they are getting wiggly and you would like to have time to yourself to practice yoga.
