It creates a welcoming and motivating environment that makes you feel seen and encouraged. She constantly cheers us on, pushes us to do our best, and brings positive energy from start to finish. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she knows exactly how to motivate the class while making the workout enjoyable. Every session feels challenging, supportive, and rewarding because of her coaching style. Highly recommended!

Definitely made the experience less intimidating. The studio also has shower amenities, which is a huge plus after class. Note to self for next time: bring electrolytes. I'll definitely be back.

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!
