But amazing class well explained, Stella is very friendly , always smiling ans trying to make people smile.. ( which seems to be hard) not sure why people who attend classes are so serious and unfriendly.. the ladies at the reception were very nice, though they didnt say anything to me as a 1st timer.

She’s so sweet and helpful, and she actually takes time to check on everyone’s form throughout the class. The class gives a serious burnnn 🥵 it was challenging but she kept the energy high and motivating!

If you ever think, “she’s not watching, I’ll just wing this one,” think again 😂 She notices everything, corrects your form and makes sure you’re actually doing the movement properly💪. There’s no getting away with doing things halfway, and I genuinely appreciate that 🫶 You can tell she’s fully aware of what’s happening throughout the session. Highly recommend!🏆

visa alla recensionerFirst time in F45 and I must say it was a great experience. Clayton was very kind and helps us how to do the proper workout. I love the 20 stations. As a beginner, it wasn’t that bad. There were stations that I can’t really finish completely at the moment but overall it was pretty much understandable on what to do and how to do properly. Probably next time I get the hang of it. Will surely come back and recommend the gym to my friends 👍

It was my first time trying Jumpboard Reformers, and I loved every minute of it. The receptionist was super welcoming, and the owner was lovely too. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities.
