Only small thing was I wish that with it being my first time I had gotten a tour of the facility or something, but maybe that is just me or the front desk staff was having a bad day.

It was hard for me to get into yoga before I found her classes, but she makes it very approachable and welcoming to all levels! Definitely recommend :)

visa alla recensionerthis was an incredible experience! check in at the cafe area and they'll walk you up and show you how to use the compression boots (easy). the room doesn't get hot or anything but feels very calm. recommend getting a hot tea at the cafe and bringing a book and relaxing. I wore shorts and a tank, but don't recommend jeans or anything too fabric-y
